Returns and refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Here is how it works in each case.

Changed your mind

• Return any unused item in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents, within 30 days of delivery.
• Filters and starter kits can be returned if they are unopened.
• Return shipping is paid by you. Autoclaves are heavy and valuable, so please use an insured, tracked service and the original box.

Wrong, damaged or faulty item

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
• We pay the return shipping and send the right item, a replacement, or a full refund, as you prefer.
• A fault that appears later is covered by the 2-year warranty on Enbio autoclaves: we arrange the repair or replacement.

How to start a return

Email hey@nowsterile.com or call +1 (505) 808-7010 with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have it, so we can match the parcel to your order.

Return address

Authorized returns go to NowSterile / Onlime.is LLC, 10001 Southern Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123, United States. Email hey@nowsterile.com first for return authorization and instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving authorization.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after the return arrives and is checked. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.
