Description

The Enbio S Beauty Edition is a compact Class B steam autoclave made for beauty studios. The FAST program sterilizes unwrapped tools in 7 minutes at 134 °C; the Class B program sterilizes wrapped tools and dries them in about 15 minutes.

It plugs into a wall outlet, needs no plumbing, runs at 38 dB and fits on a shelf 25 cm (10 in) deep.

Twice the room in every load

Inside, the Pro is about as long and wide as the S but twice as tall: 9 cm (3.5 in) instead of 4.5 cm (1.8 in). Pack one client's tools per pouch and one Pro load covers 16 clients; the S would need two cycles.

Worth knowing: the Pro's fast cycle takes 9 minutes instead of 7, and it is about 4 cm (1.7 in) taller, 5 kg (11 lb) heavier and louder (49 dB against 38 dB).

Questions, answered

Which tools can go in it?

Any tool that tolerates steam at 134 °C: nippers, cuticle pushers, scissors, tweezers, metal files and drill bits, piercing tools. If you are unsure about a tool, check its label or ask its maker.

Do I need a plumber or a special outlet?

No plumbing. It plugs into a wall outlet and takes its water from a bottle or the Magic Filter. We supply the voltage of your delivery address: 120 V for the US.

What water does it use?

Distilled or demineralized water only, up to 115 ml per cycle. With the Magic Filter connected, one liter lasts up to 1,000 cycles.

How is it different from the Enbio S?

Same 2.7 L chamber, 8 pouches and the same speed, and both save a report of every cycle to a USB stick. The Beauty Edition has two programs (FAST and 134 °C Class B) and the champagne and gold finish. The Enbio S adds user ID (each report shows who ran and approved the load), standby mode, scheduled auto-tests and a 121 °C program for heat-sensitive tools.

How are cycles recorded?

Every cycle is recorded in the My.Enbio app and on a USB stick, so there is no paper log to keep.

What upkeep does it need?

Clean the door gasket regularly and use only distilled water. Replace the HEPA filter about every 1,000 cycles and the Magic Filter when it turns amber. An annual service is recommended.
