Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed at nowsterile.com. NowSterile is operated by Onlime.is LLC (New Mexico business ID 7475578), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

Orders

When you place an order you receive an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it and send the tracking link. If we cannot supply an item, we tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order; see our payment policy. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

Delivery

We deliver to the contiguous United States as described in our shipping policy.

Returns

You may return items as described in our returns and refund policy.

Warranty

Enbio autoclaves carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Contact us to make a claim; we arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, from water other than distilled or demineralized water, or from repairs by anyone not authorized by us or the manufacturer. Following the user manual, including the recommended annual service, keeps your unit in good order.

Using the products

Use the products as the user manual describes. You are responsible for making sure your sterilization routine meets the rules that apply to your business in your state and city.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
