Shipping policy

We ship to the contiguous United States, free and insured. Here is exactly what to expect after you order.

Where we ship

The contiguous United States: the 48 mainland states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO) addresses or outside the United States.

Shipping cost

Orders are fulfilled by Enbio USA, our fulfillment partner. NowSterile remains your contact for order questions, returns and warranty support.

Free on every order. Every shipment is insured for its full value.

Processing time

Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 Mountain Time are processed from the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, so 5 to 9 business days from your order in total. Autoclaves travel in protective packaging made for the unit.

Voltage

We supply the voltage of your delivery address: 120 V units for addresses in the United States.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking link from the courier. You can also check your order’s status on our tracking page with your order number and email address.

Damaged, late or lost parcels

• Damaged on arrival: note any visible damage to the box with the driver if you can, keep the packaging, and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
• Late: if tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will chase the courier.
• Lost: if the courier confirms a parcel is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
