This policy explains what personal information NowSterile collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. NowSterile is operated by Onlime.is LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and what you bought. Card details are entered with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, order number if you give one, and your message.
• When you browse: cookies that keep your cart and checkout working. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, arrange returns and warranty service, answer your messages, keep the records the law requires, and protect the store against fraud.

Who we share it with

• Our payment processor, to take payment.
• Our courier, to deliver your order.
• Our supply partner and the manufacturer, only as needed to fulfill your order or a warranty claim.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Do not sell or share my personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally seven years). Messages are kept for up to two years after the last reply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to receive a copy of it. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws; we will not treat you differently for using them. Email hey@nowsterile.com and we will respond within 30 days.
